I received an email from the owner of the home of Utah Senator W.D. Candland. His name is Monte Bona, and he is an activist and preservationist in Sanpete County, Utah.
"I am not a Candland, but I have had the pleasure of living in the W.D. Candland home since 1994. I have done my best to restore the home and honor W.D.
If you Google my name, monte bona, you will see that I have tried to operate in the Candland tradition.
I thought you might like this picture from a wedding I performed last month for my granddaughter who lives in Salt Lake. The wedding party was seated under the Norwegian pines located to the south of the house."
