I believe the 4th lady in the back row is Annie Peel Candland (1860-1926). She was the wife of Senator W D Candland.

I'm new on the scene - just discovering your wonderful site! On the Candland Family Reunion at Lagoon, the person on the front row, left, looks a lot like my Grandfather, Clyde Candland Edmonds (1890-1973). He was grandson of
David Candland and Mary Ann Barton.
