Out of curiosity I searched white pages online for the following English-speaking countries for the surname Candland and yielded the following number of results for each. Wow, there aren't too many of us!!!
USA - 126
UK - 62
New Zealand - 1
Australia - 0
Canada - 0
South Africa - 0
Ryan Candland of Porirua, New Zealand and his family are the only Candlands I found in this search who live outside of the UK/USA.
I suppose there are a few Candlands scattered around other parts of the planet. Paul Candland, CEO of Disney Japan, lives in Tokyo.
Both Ryan and Paul are descendants of David Candland and his wife Hannah.
