You may have heard about the tragic death of our cousin, Amy Jo Candland.Like me, you may have been asked how she was related to the family.
Amy was adopted into the Candland Family by one of the grandsons of Senator W.D. Candland. She, her brother, and nephew all bear the Candland family name but none are biological relatives.

Thanks for providing info on this - I always tell people if they find a Candland, I'm related. So I was dumbfounded when they asked me about her, because I had no clue who she was.
